Tips For a Successful Drop Off


1.  Pre-register!  If you have not, you go to the back of the line.

2.  Correct card format:  Barcodes--write description in the box and write the size directly across from the seller ID number.  Hand written cards must be according to sample.

3.  Have clothes in size order and gender.  If your items are not in order, you will be moved to another table to organize and be moved to the end of the line. 

4.  We have several categories for specialty items so please separate the following:  Easter, swimwear, dance, gymnastics, soccer, baseball, softball, camo, girls' uniforms, Fourth of July, and collegiate.

5.  We will not accept corduroy, flannel, or heavy winter fabrics for the spring sale.  These fabrics will be accepted if smocked or clothing show quality.  

6. Jackets/coats--raincoats, windbreakers, lightweight fleece, cotton cardigans accepted.  

7.  MATERNITY clothes are no longer accepted.

8.  Equipment, toys and furniture should have a piece of masking tape with ID number and price in addition to the barcode/card should the card get misplaced.  

9.  Shoes must be hung on the wall under the correct size.  Any shoes left on the floor or in incorrect places will be donated.

10.  Do not leave without your passes!
